Assisted Rover Maritime Works (formerly Cyes Marine Works) in a successful pre-qualification process and subsequent tender for a port project in Ireland. This was the first successful pre-qualification by Cyes Maritime Works in Ireland.

Amplius expertise identified and presented the opportunity of this project to the company, which has no presence in Ireland. With a mandate to find a suitable local partner, a condition for their participation in the prequalification, Amplius expertise succeeded in identifying and establishing ties to a local contractor.

In addition, Amplius expertise supported the preparation of the documentation, undertaking a peer review, adjusting to local standards and advising and revising the deliverables. Furthermore provided assistance to the client during the tender period in the commercial preparation of the offer by recommending specialised local subcontractors and suppliers and by providing local insight and benchmarking.
