Engaged by Spanish construction Group Copuno, operating in Scandinavia, UK, France and Spain to assist them with the improvement in the efficiency of their project management. Established a close cooperation and advised Copuno on matters of contracts management, risk mitigation and overall improvement in contractual matters.

On the basis of success in similar undertakings, Amplius has also assisted Grupo Copuno in the consolidation of the expansion of their international business.

Following on from a report prepared on the construction market in the USA, Amplius Expertise was engaged by the company to search, identify and select potential companies operating in this market with the aim of potential acquisition. This involved a deeper study of the market in different states, identifying and selecting potential target companies, engaging with owners and agents, preliminary diligences and discussions. An evaluation of the options was prepared, establishing a list of the most suitable potential company candidates. Visits were organized to a selection of companies, meetings were held with owners and site visits conducted, leading to preliminary discussions about a potential deal.

Assisted Rover Maritime Works (formerly Cyes Marine Works) in a successful pre-qualification process and subsequent tender for a port project in Ireland. This was the first successful pre-qualification by Cyes Maritime Works in Ireland. Amplius expertise identified and presented the opportunity of this project to the company, which has no presence in Ireland. With a mandate to find a suitable local partner, a condition for their participation in the prequalification, Amplius expertise succeeded in identifying and establishing ties to a local contractor. In addition, Amplius expertise supported the preparation of the documentation, undertaking a peer review, adjusting to local standards and advising and revising the deliverables.
