Following on from a report prepared on the construction market in the USA, Amplius Expertise was engaged by the company to search, identify and select potential companies operating in this market with the aim of potential acquisition. This involved a deeper study of the market in different states, identifying and selecting potential target companies, engaging with owners and agents, preliminary diligences and discussions. An evaluation of the options was prepared, establishing a list of the most suitable potential company candidates.
