Ricardo Guirao holds a law degree and MBA and is a European Union law graduate. He has specialised in representing non-resident companies operating in both Spain and the EU, in all customs and tax related issues.
Ricardo has more than 30 years’ experience in advising and developing businesses for Spanish companies internationally, including in Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Columbia and the USA. His own reputed law firm, which includes a subsidiary consultancy firm for international representations is a reference for foreign companies in Spain. Ricardo also teaches at the Escuela de Organización Europea, where he lectures on the development of international start-ups and commercial law.
